I am enthusiastic about helping people become the best versions of themselves. My passion is helping clients struggling with eating disorders, trauma, and common co-occurring mood disorders. As a Clinical Director, Program Manager, and Therapist at various facilities I am comfortable speaking with individuals, family systems, and community groups (Educators and PTAs) about eating disorder presentation and. treatment I am able to assess level of care needs as well as provide recommendations and support to clients and families struggling in the face of an eating disorder. My sincere and direct approach promotes personal insight to encourage the development of skills that help individuals function at their best. With a diverse background in consulting and counseling, I am comfortable identifying trends, synthesizing information, and helping clients connect with what is important to them. Full recovery is possible, I am here to support and provide hope in the process, while allowing you to become the fullest version of yourself. No one is defined by their mental health struggle and no one has to go through the healing process alone.
