Hello, my name is Dylan and I am a fully licensed mental health clinician. I have helped hundreds of people who were struggling with issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, substance use issues, stress management, grief/loss and more. My approach to therapy is very honest, I'm never going to lie to you. It's also collaborative, I may be the expert in mental health but you are the expert on you. I work with my clients to develop a vision for their life and the way they want things to be and help them take steps to turn that vision into reality. I specialize in treating kids 14 and up as well as adults. I am trained in a variety of different therapeutic modalities which means the therapy is individually tailored to you and your needs. I treat people ages 14 and up. Navigating life's challenges can be hard and the idea of beginning therapy can be scary.
