I eagerly await to hear your story. Within many of our stories is something that becomes overwhelming. This begins to weigh us down and hinders our quality of life. When you share that something with me, we will find something to do about it. You've already done a considerable amount of work up until this point; its time to share some of that load. It doesn't matter if you are the young age of 5 or the wise age of 95, we all have struggles, they just look a bit different. We will use a strength based approach with strategies and tools that are custom tailored to you and your situation. I have experience in Neuropsychological Testing, inpatient psychotherapy, and outpatient CBT. The amount of strength it takes for someone reach out for help is admirable. Whether you're confident in therapy, uncertain about it, or think its useless, you should shoot me a message! I would love the oppotunity to have a conversation to see what unfolds.
