I specialize in cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies. These treatments are transdiagnostic, meaning that they can help with a wide variety of mental health concerns. This is important because many parts of wellbeing are interconnected. I work with a network of psychiatrists and clinicians to provide holistic care.
