About

Along my career in human services that started in 2017 as a volunteer at a psychiatric hospital, I developed a passion for psychotherapy, emphasizing existential and spiritual components. Having an undergraduate in philosophy, where I received education on world religion, spirituality, and the fundamental questions of reality. I poineered a blend of interpersonal talk therapy, mindfulness, and meditative sound therapy that helps individuals transcend the narratives that have kept them stuck in recurring maladaptive patterns.

I come from a family of musicians and incorporate musicality into a unique style of sound therapy. I utilize a collection of crystal singing bowls, native-style flutes, drums, chimes, and rattles to create a sound immersion experience. I feel the primary goal of therapy should not be to rehash the past; instead, to find one’s highest self.

If you are new to therapy, or if you have been burned out by ineffective therapy in the past, I have a potential solution for you. As a therapist, I am an explorer of the human experience and narrative. Lets explore you story together to take inventory on what you want to keep, what you need more of, and most importlantly, what you want to let go of.
