I specialize in providing research-based treatment to adults with a range of struggles, including trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorders, and anxiety disorders. In order to help individuals reach their treatment goals, I use evidence-based interventions and measure progress using short assessments. Furthermore, I recognize the importance of providing genuine warmth and caring to all clients to promote their own self-compassion, acceptance, and growth. “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change” – Carl Rogers. I obtained my doctorate at Spalding University in 2019. I received supervision and training during my APA accredited internship at Robley Rex VA treating PTSD and addiction. My post-doctoral training and early career experience at Be Well KY (Louisville Clinic for Eating Disorders & Louisville OCD Clinic) focused on eating disorder and OCD treatment. Please feel free to call or email our office to set up an initial appointment with me. I am happy to provide in-person or telehealth options to clients living in KY. I can also provide telehealth to anyone living in one of the PSYPACT states (psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap). I look forward to working alongside you to help you reach your goals!
