As a marriage and family therapist, I have been successful in helping individuals re-create and maintain enjoyable relationships throughout their lives. My goal as a clinician is to help you and your loved one(s) learn to build loving, trusting, understanding and safe environments and relationships that enable recovery, moving forward and healing. I love to see you and your loved one(s) smile again! My main clinical specialty is treating children, teens and adults who have experienced traumatic events. I have successfully treated depression, anxiety, addiction, affairs, divorce, grief and loss, stress, etc. I utilize different therapeutic approaches such as: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, art and play therapy techniques. I look at the issue from a systemic lens and take in consideration family and cultural differences. We all need support and help. When needed, that support comes in the form of therapy, which will give you and your loved one(s) a new perspective on yourself, others and the world around you. Therapy is a tool to success and I am happy to assist you embrace this success and this journey.
