My background consists of a PH.D in Christian Counseling (2009), a Master in Christian Counseling, Master's in Theology, and a Master's of Science in Educational counseling (1999). I'm currently a Marriage and Family Therapist I-T. I use SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Gottman Level 1 certified, and strength-based strategies to guide you. Days can be up and down, I'm here to assist you to find skills to help you and your relationships.
