About

Are you dealing with anxiety, sadness, shame, grief, trauma or stuff you really want to let go of in your life? Or perhaps you are feeling a sense of not being good enough, struggling with confidence and self-criticism? Pain may show up as feeling numb or angry, withdrawing from school or work, family and friends. Hiding the stress doesn't help you feel better. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, focused on helping you deal with pain from the past and deal with present challenges with greater ease and confidence. If you'd like to feel better about yourself and your life, I can help you get there.

Anxiety, sadness and stress are often rooted in trauma, which affects all of us in different degrees. Trauma is really anything in our past that is difficult to feel or think about and drains us emotionally. EMDR and Brainspotting are effective techniques to help you experience the transformative results you want, faster than traditional talk therapy alone.

Clients describe me as empathic, real, and having an active sense of humor. Being a therapist is an honor and I consider myself very fortunate because I love my work. Therapy is an investment in yourself. You don't have to carry this pain. Let's have a conversation about what you really want and need. We can work together to transform and enrich your life.
