Everyone experiences the world differently so emphasizing characteristics that are unique to you can be key to positive change. I take a client-centered approach to individualizing treatment and, as our world is ever-changing, this includes adapting with you when necessary. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is often an effective approach to begin making changes, I find that pulling features of other modalities helps develop a well-rounded understanding of your worldview and provides varied tools to be resilient in the face of life’s challenges. I provide individual services to children, teens, and adults who are struggling with various difficulties. My experience includes children with autism, anxiety, and depression. I have provided therapy to many adults including serious mental illness. I also have experience in forensic psychology including criminal and civil cases, family court. I aim to treat each person with respect and understanding, while encouraging change that promotes your best self. If you are aren't feeling fulfilled in your current life circumstances, take the biggest step; reach out so we can get started on your journey together.
