Dr. Stephanie Dinius is a licensed clinical psychologist and mental performance coach. Stephanie received her B.A. from Stanford University, where she was also an All-American student athlete. Stephanie earned her master’s degree (Ed.M.) in Counseling with a specialization in sport and performance psychology, followed by a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, both from Boston University. She completed her doctoral psychology internship at the University of Oregon Counseling Services. Stephanie has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports, including ice hockey, swimming, track & field, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and rowing. Her areas of interest include performance anxiety, disordered eating, athletic identity, and coping with injury. Stephanie is available for individual sessions focused on improving mental performance and mental health as well as team/group consulting with Elite Performance Psychology.
