It's when we start working together that the real healing takes place (Hume). As a Licensed Psychologist, I offer therapy for adults, adolescents, and children using techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy. I am also a Certified School Psychologist who specializes in Psychoeducational and School Neuropsychoeducational evaluations to help students with learning challenges find the best ways to achieve success. In addition, I provide bereavement counseling and have many years' experince working with East End Hospice. My therapy clients often have ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other issues that are impacting their well-being. My Neuropsychoeducational clients receive a thorough evaluation with report that includes specific recommendations for school, home and personal growth. I also consult with schools and participate in meetings. My therapy practice for children, adolescents, and adults helps with handling everyday challenges like anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. I collaborate with parents as part of their child's treatment, along with parent education. I am retired from a Pre-K through grade 8 school and consult with East End Hospice. I also have certification in EMDR.
