My therapeutic approach involves close attunement and engaged interaction. I look at how unconscious dynamics may be at play in your daily thoughts and behavior and provide insight and guidance for working through what may be limiting. I view the therapeutic alliance as a relationship that grows and deepens over time. To that end, I offer a forum in which to be deeply known and understood. I offer both in person and virtual sessions. Throughout my career I have worked with adults, adolescents and children in out patient, school, community and private practice settings. I work with people who may be looking to know themselves more deeply, or who need help with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief or loss.
