About

Are you depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by your feelings? Do you have "stuff" you need to deal with so you can find meaning and purpose in life again? Do your experiences as a child tend to leak into the present day? Have you experienced something traumatic or life-altering, or the death of someone you love dearly? Your childhood is the foundation of your life - sometimes we learn things as a kid about ourselves and the world that keeps us anxious, distant, or overwhelmed as adults. Together, we can learn a new way to fit into the world. We'll help your mind and body be calm so you can focus on what truly matters.

I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety and grief, particularly difficult childhood experiences. I individualize all treatment based on your needs, and we may draw from a mix of cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and sensorimotor therapies, EMDR, and Gottman Method couples counseling. I will help you use both your brain and your body to find healing.

I'm here to tell you that you’re not alone. I'll give you the space to share the thoughts and feelings that you aren't able to share with anyone else and you can learn how to calm and soothe your body and mind despite your experiences. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Contact me for a free consultation and I'm happy to answer your questions.
