About

Women are the“heart” of every family and because of this I have a special interest in women’s issues and in helping women explore their best options for creating positive change. I am a national board certified and licensed clinical mental health counselor. I am also the mother of six and I understand the challenges faced by women in today’s fast paced society.

I work with women on issues such as relationships, anxiety, depression, codependency, divorce, parenting, self esteem and domestic violence. I enjoy helping women examine patterns of behavior and whether the relationships in their lives are healthy or unhealthy.

I also have an extensive background working with children and teens. My background includes experience as a licensed clinical mental health counselor, classroom teacher and middle and high school guidance counselor. This experience helps me to easily navigate the school environment and work as an advocate for you and your child.
