Therapy can sometimes feel awkward or uncomfortable. Being curious and open about our pains is not an easy task, which is why it is important to feel comfortable with the therapist you work with. The relationship between therapist and client is fundamental to creating a safer space in which this exploration can occur. My goal as a therapist is to support clients in using their strengths to stay curious and help them work towards their goals for a fulfilling life. My approach to therapy is client-centered and interpersonal with other approaches integrated as we deem clinically relevant. I am excited to be completing my post-doctoral work specializing with queer, non-monogamous, and kink communities. I also have experience working with medical, graduate, and undergraduate college students.
