My expertise includes a broad range of issues including traumas, emotional difficulties, relationship, and coping with life's challenges. My education includes training in eastern, western, and Hawaiian philosophies and spiritual directions. As a Spanish/Native American, with family roots in Hawaii, I use an integrative therapeutic approach weaving together ancient, indigenous practices with modern, contemporary neuroscience for personalized healing of heart-mind-soul. My doctoral degree is in Clinical Psychology with a post-doctoral master's degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. I am a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and I also hold certifications in Dream Work, EFT (energy tapping), Jungian Studies, & Soul Collage ®.
