Licensed in NH, OR, ME, VT, and FL. I specialize in working with couples and individuals with a focus on relationships. When things go wrong we develop “secondary” strategies as humans. We may become hyperactivated, deactivated, or anxious and avoidant. Emotion allows us vital information about how we experience ourselves, our interpersonal relationships, and our world. It also mobilizes us into action in our attachment relationships. These strategies, the wisest responses you had for survival at that time, may not be serving you well now. Trained in clinical psychology (UK) & worked/board-endorsed as a forensic psychologist in Australia; completed postgraduate diploma/certification in clinical hypnosis. Completed Yoga & MBSR teacher training; pursued advanced couples treatment and mediation certification (USA).
