Accepting new clients! I work primarily with LGBTQ+ people who have experienced trauma and are looking to improve their lives. This might be wanting to feel less anxious or depressed, have healthier relationships, have a deeper knowledge of yourself, or something else. I also have a particular interest in working with clients living with disabilities and chronic conditions, especially those who are "in transition" from non-disabled to disabled. I am a Qualifying WPATH Member and can provide mental health services for individuals looking for support specific to gender-related topics, like social & medical transitioning. With you as the expert on your life, I can help you understand how past traumatic experiences might be affecting you today and give you tools to identify your triggers and respond differently to them. My approach to relationship therapy is emotion-focused, sex and kink-positive, and respectful of alternative relationship structures (ex. polyamory). If you are interested in working together, I invite you to schedule a 15-minute consultation call. We can take this time to learn more about what you are looking for in therapy, answer your questions, and see if we might be a good fit.
