About

I specialize in treating anxiety, including panic attacks and phobias, trauma, sleep issues, and perinatal mental health concerns, including obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and depression. I create space in psychotherapy to process traumatic or difficult medical experiences through pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum, unexpected loss and disappointments, and identity and self-esteem changes that come often along with parenthood. Other clinical areas of focus include depressed mood, ADHD, and OCD. Although I have training across the lifespan, I primarily work with adults and children ages 4 to 8.

I take an individualized, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to working with clients to prioritize building a comfortable relationship where exploring challenges can feel a bit easier. I use cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapies, mindfulness interventions, and play-based techniques in psychotherapy.

I am here to help make difficult changes feel possible and tomorrow feel a little bit more manageable in hopes to empower you or your child to feel more confident and in control! If you think we would work well together and are interested in scheduling, please contact the office.
