About

Whether you're considering therapy for the first time or trying again to find the right fit, I appreciate your being here. I have considerable experience helping those burdened by anxiety, depression, and trauma as they navigate life transitions. I've also worked extensively with clients aged 18 to 90 presenting with a variety of concerns, identities, and levels of familiarity with therapy. My clients often describe me as a caring, authentic ally in treatment who is able to see them as whole people and help them work toward their goals in impactful, measurable ways.

I have over 10 years of education and experience practicing, researching, and teaching effective therapy. My approach centers on combining the latest research evidence with a deep understanding of your unique needs to build an affirming, collaborative relationship.

Simply being here represents a major step forward. I hope we can take the next step together toward a better tomorrow.
