I'm here to help clients with issues of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I know it's hard to talk to someone new about your issues, and I am compassionate about what others are going through. I offer a safe, judgment-free zone to discuss issues that matter to my clients. I am here to listen to client issues with an open mind, and ready to help them get their lives back on track. For some, the road to healing may be much longer than others. I am here for the long-haul. I encourage my clients to find their voice, share their stories and learn new ways of coping with day-to-day stressors. Let's begin this journey together! I tailor treatment plans to my clients' individual needs because no two clients are the same.
