Welcome and congrats on taking this step on your personal journey. As a therapist, I believe it takes courage to scope out the therapy scene as well as dive into your own journey, be it building awareness, resources, or healing from immediate or past experiences. I am a psychodynamic therapist, and my approach is rooted in attachment theory, utilizing the client-therapist relationship to listen, coach, and impart a curated skill set to meet you, the client where you are at this moment in time. I'm grateful for all my clients effort and work, and walking with them towards their next chapter, goal, and incline. I am an accredited Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and a certified therapist and facilitator of The Daring Way. I have expertise working with sport performance, life transitions, perfectionism, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, coping skills, relationship discourse, attachment theory and a variety of other arenas. Resourcing, building connections and asking for help are vulnerable experiences. Starting your therapy journey can be unnerving and I strive to offer space and support while you begin or restart this journey. If my practice and style resonate with you, do not hesitate to reach out. Best of luck and well done on taking your next step in starting therapy.
