Hi, it's nice to meet you. I'm an experienced, bilingual clinical psychologist, Chile born, California educated. I keep a practice since 2006, offering therapy to 1) children, adolescents & parents, as well as 2) adults. I offer flexible therapy to meet the needs of my clients. I have worked as a psychologist in many organizations, including Google; Kaiser Permanente; Children’s Hospital; YouTube; and in New Zealand. I teach graduate psychology and provide trainings for professionals, locally and internationally. I use mindfulness and behavioral therapy with kids, deeper approaches with adults. It's great that you're reaching out! 1) With families, we use evidence-based therapies collaboratively to promptly dissolve barriers to the healthy development of your kids; including and empowering parents. (2) With adults, we may focus on exploring emotions, recover purpose/strength, build relationships, and depth, meaning. Our work may be goal focused or deeper, exploring, creating meaning. You will be heard & supported, in control of your therapy process. Children will develop skills to work through difficult emotions, social experiences. Parents will be empowered to maintain a secure, strong bond, know how to support their families. Adults will develop self-understanding, feel empowered to face their unique life circumstances, stage.
