I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing individual therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment in which healing and restoration is fostered. With more than a decade of experience, I am passionate about providing a holistic approach to treatment, including mind, body, and spirit in the treatment process. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of issues. My treatment approaches are varied depending upon the individual needs and goals established within the therapeutic relationships. My training and therapeutic experience includes practice with the following modalities: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
