Thoughtfully chosen to meet your individual needs, I integrate an insight-oriented approach with evidence-based skills and behavior-focused therapies (e.g. CBT or DBT). Our sessions will address your current concerns, symptoms, and personal goals as well as explore vulnerabilities from your past to develop a deeper self-awareness. Mindfulness and/or EMDR may be suggested to clients who might benefit from an emotion-focused, body-based treatment.
