As a licensed clinical psychologist, I am committed to serving adults from all walks of life. I have experience treating a wide array of presenting concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, stressful life transitions, work-related stress, relationship and dating difficulty, trauma, grief and loss, identity concerns, and chronic pain/illness. My approach to therapy is integrative and incorporates relational, cognitive, and behavioral techniques. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them increase self-awareness and work toward their goals, no matter how specific or broad they may be. I carry a specialty in performance psychology developed during my time with Rutgers athletics, where I worked with NCAA Division I athletes and coaches across different sports. This is a specialty I apply not only to athletes, but to anyone that considers themselves a high performer (e.g., in the workplace). I am also eager to work with LGBTQ+ clients. Regardless of what you're going through, everyone can benefit from therapy. Whether you have a specific life stressor or you just need a space to make sense of the world, I am here and ready to help. Please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to working together.
