Are you feeling worried and hopeless about the future? Do you reminisce about the past? Do you struggle with meaning in your life? Do you realize that you are not living up to your full potential and you can do better? Do you often think that you settle for things that do not make you happy? Do you find yourself trying to find answers to all these questions but just can’t figure it out? At different times in our lives we go through stages of reevaluation of what is important and assessing our quality of life. Often we find ourselves stuck in a life that we never hoped for and that does not meet our expectations. You are not alone! I believe that we are responsible for our choices and actions. If you are willing to work on resolving problems and issues in your life and committed to give an effort and work with me, I can help you! While I cannot give answers to how you need to live and what you need to do, I can help you find these answers for yourself. Counseling may take a long time for some people and only a few sessions for others. If counseling is successful, you will feel competent about facing problems and life challenges without my support or interventions.
