Life often brings moments of overwhelm, dissatisfaction, and uncertainty, making us feel unsure of how to move forward. You may be frustrated with how you perceive yourself, relate to your body and food, respond to seemingly unchangeable interpersonal dynamics, or cope with stressors. Having a warm, trusted person who is dedicated to provide a safe space to help you heal and grow can make a world of difference. I'm here to help you experience compassion for how you've tried to survive unmet needs, challenge unhelpful thoughts, develop more effective coping tools, and empower you to live aligned with your values. I specialize in eating disorders, perfectionism, parent-child issues, and acculturation. As a Certified Family-Based Treatment therapist trained at Stanford University School of Medicine, I work with children, adolescents, and adults with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, as well as comorbid depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism. I understand how difficult it is to start the process of seeking therapy and appreciate your courage in reaching this point. If you feel that I might be able to meet your needs, your child's, or your family's, I encourage you contact me for a complimentary 20-minute video consultation. We can begin the healing and discovery journey as soon as possible.
