About

A wise person once said, "You can't laugh all your laughter till you cry all your tears." Sometimes life presents us with difficult challenges or situations that can be overwhelming or unfair. The death of a loved one, the breakup of a relationship. health issues, family conflicts, depression and anxiety just to name a few. The decision to enter therapy is seldom made lightly. I believe it is important to provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to share their feelings and speak their truth. It is only by sharing the pain and sadness that humans can cry their tears and move on to the laughter again.

Couples and families often get caught in patterns of behavior and interaction that prevents them from listening to one another and validating each partners thoughts and feelings. Using the latest research on couples relationships, I work with couples to promote effective communication and relational healing.

Psychotherapy is process whereby individuals, couples, and families can share their deepest feelings and emotions with the therapist in a confidential setting and free themselves of barriers to their happiness. I can help you along the way and provide a helping hand along your journey.
