I'm a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Certified Couple Betrayal Recovery Therapist (CCBRT). I'm trained in Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), EMDR II with attachment focus, Brainspotting, Safe and Sound Protocol, HeartMath, and Mindfulness. I have spent the better part of my career becoming highly specialized in specific areas to provide the best counsel I can possibly give to my clients. My heart is in getting to the core of what's beneath the issues that bring someone to therapy and in mending relationships.
