I am Dr. Courtney Washington, also known as Dr. C, and I have been providing counseling services for over 14 years. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and tailor my services to meet the individual needs of each person I serve. My areas of specialty include depression, stress/anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationships, marital/couples and family counseling, anger management, addictions, substance abuse, ADHD, and PTSD. Additionally, I have specialized training in trauma-focused therapy (TFT) and pre-marital/marital counseling, which allows me to offer a unique counseling approach where clients can learn to accept life, live life, and love I understand that achieving your goals takes time, and I am confident in my ability to support you throughout your journey.
