Therapy helps work through your thoughts, emotions, perceptions, interactions and relationships in a safe supportive atmosphere. A good therapist will support and guide you to gain increased perspective and insight while also empowering you to self-assess and identify solutions/needed changes, not impress their beliefs on you. The active change agent in your journey to increased happiness and fulfillment is YOU; a good therapist just guides the way. I am happy to help whether you are adjusting to change and transition, wanting to improve or change relationships, or hoping to learn better ways to manage/cope with stress/emotions. View 8 Photos I use Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, grounding techniques, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families. I am certified in Prime for Life under 21 and 7 Challenges Substance Abuse programs and I am a Certified Juvenile Sex Offender Counselor. and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. After working in the 'corporate world' for over 20 years, I began my private practice in middle Georgia. I've worked inpatient, residential, corrections, crisis, and outpatient. I offer self-pay services and I am in-network with most private insurance companies. I love helping others to pursue their own happiness and fulfillment.
