Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist
You've taken a big step in looking for help. All of us have struggled at times with how we are responding to stress, our emotional lives, dilemmas we face and/or difficulties in relationships. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health struggles can add to the burden. I seek to empower clients, help them build resilience and feel hopeful again by collaborating with my clients to help them feel better and move forward in their lives. I use a client-centered, integrated approach in my work with individuals, couples and families. I offer individual therapy for adults, adolescents and children, couples therapy and family therapy. I have extensive experience working with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, as well as a specialization in partner and family relationships. Many of us struggle with anxiety and worries, feelings of sadness and a loss of hope at points in our lives. Past trauma can continue to impact us in the present. Relationships are rewarding and challenging. If you are struggling in any area of life, it is possible to heal, become more resilient, and have renewed hope.
