The counseling room is a unique space where you can focus exclusively on you, your needs, and your goals. My goal as your counselor is to hold space for you to heal from emotional wounds from your past and develop plans to achieve your future goals. I have spent my career working with individuals with a history of trauma, abuse, and neglect. I am passionate about supporting clients who have experienced trauma, identity and LGBTQ+ issues, and anxiety. I take a holistic approach to help clients better understand the intersection of their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. View 5 Photos I have specialized training in EMDR and specialize in treating trauma-related issues. I believe in meeting each person with authenticity, openness, and curiosity. I will work collaboratively with you to navigate current and past experiences that are making you feel stuck, help you reconnect with yourself and others, and develop deeper self-understanding. It takes a great deal of courage to reach out and start the journey toward therapeutic change. I am honored to walk this road with each and every client I meet. I do my best to build a safe environment in which clients can receive acceptance and be empowered to work on building the lives they want.
