I have over 15 years of experience working with family interactions, reunification, life issues, mental health diagnoses, trauma, and anger management. My therapeutic focus is client-centered. Different therapeutic approaches might be utilized, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC).
