NOTE: I am now EMDR-Certified. When an individual feels safe and accepted and has the opportunity and intention to experience their emotions, their inner wisdom will facilitate discovery of solutions. My role is to support, guide, and calmly trust the unfolding process. I am passionate about the process of therapy, and honored to witness the awakening of trust as fear is transformed, faith is renewed, and energy is enhanced to create abundant health. I have specific training to address RECENT TRAUMATIC EPISODES, COMPLEX PTSD, and ACUTE STRESS DISORDER. Trauma is transformed through EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. Trauma results in blocked energy, anxiety, depression, and/or addictions.. Energy Psychology allows clients to activate their healing potential, opening the pathway to new perceptions. My practice is small, allowing time for quality versus quantity. After 21 years as a therapist on the Oregon Coast, I am happy to say that I will never leave this area and am able to maintain a consistent presence as a resource for people over a long span of time.
