Dorilee Santa, LMHC. I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have also worked closely with other mental health illnesses such as bipolar, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. I have a passion for helping individuals heal from distress while providing much-needed support. I have had the pleasure to provide compassion, empathy, and a listening ear to individuals in need. Some of my therapeutic techniques include Cognitive-behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-focused, psychodynamic, and psychoanalytic. I work mostly with adults and adolescents. I've treated individuals experiencing trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar, life stressors, grief, relational distress, etc. I create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to express themselves without fear of judgment.
