About

I am a safe and devoted ally in my clients' path to healing. I'm informal and real, and 100% non-judgmental. I love being a sleuth and a guide in gently sussing out the feelings and beliefs that need love, witnessing, and healing. These painful feelings and beliefs are birthed during painful life events and later show up as depression, anxiety, and relationship and life difficulties. I bring the same devotion to my work with couples. My greatest strength with couples is helping each partner feel safe, heard, seen, and respected enough to uncover and put words to the vulnerable feelings that underly the arguments and alienation.

I invite you to call me for a free 15-minute phone consultation. I'd love to know what you're looking for help with and answer any questions you have.

Currently I don't take insurance, but I'd be happy to give you an invoice you can give your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. I hope to hear from you, and, whether we meet or not, I wish you the very best.
