I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, seniors and families. I am licensed in NC, TN and VA. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with advanced training in this area. I also have extensive training in working with complicated relationship dynamics and grief. The connection between a therapist and their client is the most important variable in predicting a positive outcome in therapy so that is where I put my focus: sitting with and listening to my clients’ stories in order to fully understand their struggles and concerns.
