About

Making the decision to seek a therapist is the first step to caring for yourself. My focus has always been teaching new mindsets and behaviors to create the life you want. Many people have an expectation of what they think their life should be based on family, friends, or societal expectations. People often chase happiness while dragging along their baggage from the past. But true peace comes from identifying our own expectations and what will bring us fulfillment. I encourage you to take the pressure off from trying to figure these things out alone. If you think I could be a good fit, give me a call. All clients are welcome. View 3 Photos

Supporting clients while they challenge negative thought patterns, build self-esteem, and learn to manage unhealthy symptoms is my strength. These techniques create self-acceptance, independence, and an ability to enjoy life rather than endure it. The reality of a well-adjusted future is part of the process as you deserve to be heard, valued, and understood.

You will never see or hear a hint of judgement from me, and I go to great lengths to create a safe, supportive environment where you can trust the process. Therapy is not usually a quick and painless experience but the right therapist can assist with challenging core beliefs about yourself, your circumstances, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
