I believe in a collaborative approach where I can meet you where you are and work to build a trusting, compassionate relationship. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore and examine how to live your best life. To that end, my therapeutic approach is informed by strength-based, client-centered, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. What this means is that we’ll work together to identify tools that you can use to address your life’s stressors. Ultimately, this will help provide you with both practical short term solutions as well as long term personal growth. I mostly work with young adults experiencing stressors due to life transitions. I also work with parents to assist with navigating the challenges of parenting. I also work with couples seeking fertility treatment. The therapeutic process can be difficult but I believe it is the best route to a happier, more fulfilling life. Often the hardest part is beginning! I am here to help!
