About

Being vulnerable can be a significant barrier to receiving help for many who feel unsafe, unrecognized and often unheard. Learning to be open in a safe, receptive and supportive environment can be pivotal to your wellness. I work with individuals 8-years and older who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem and unhealthy boundaries. I strive to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, diverse, and culturally open space for you to share your feelings and experiences authentically. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my practice.

I work with couples using the Gottman Method framework to help build empathy and mutual respect within relationships. I have completed the Gottman Method Couple's Therapy Level 1 and 2 training. With families, I use collaborative parenting to help foster openness and understanding within the relationship between parent and child.

It can feel isolating to be enshrouded by self-doubt and unwanted emotions. My goal is to help you untangle those emotions with compassion and empathy and empower you to live life with the purpose and meaning with which you intend to. We will explore unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior together and build readily usable skills to break those cycles.
