About

I specialize in working with teens and young adults, particularly women of color from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. I empower individuals to grow and flourish at their own pace. To achieve this, I utilize a variety of evidence based therapy methods including CBT and mindfulness. However, I meet the client where they are- I understand that every approach isn’t applicable for every client. Therapy is not one size fits all.

My priority is creating a safe and judgement-free zone where clients can feel at ease while they deal with the stresses of life. ADHD, career building, depression, anxiety, self-esteem building, anger management, and stress tolerance are all areas that I can help you or your teen.

My ultimate goal is to foster a nurturing space where you or your teen will feel heard and values, allowing you to cultivate lasting change in your life.
