Hello! My name is Diane Maytas, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation, EMDR Certified Therapist, Licensed Professional Art Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am also certified in Heart Math. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and spiritualistic. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and phase of life issues. I am also a licensed educator in the State of Ohio. I seek to increase self-awareness by helping to identify the connection between brain, emotions, and the physical self, while empowering clients through building on strengths, resilience, letting go of the past, and gaining a better understanding on the use of strategies to aid in grounding and increasing self-worth.
