Everyone in the world is in a relationship - with family, friends, co-workers, romantic partners, or even with the person you see once a week at the grocery store checkout. You navigate several relationships every day, often weaving in and out of them to meet the needs of your changing roles. The quality of each relationship can positively or negatively influence how you see your family, your environment, and how you feel about yourself. As an LMFT, I focus on how your mental wellness might be impacted by one or more of these relationships in your life. I am here to help you become your best self. I have experience working with individual and families seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, communication, boundaries, family conflict, transitions, and family/peer relationships using a variety of approaches including Systems Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness. Individuals and families often start therapy focused on “fixing” what’s “wrong”, while I will help you use what’s going “right” to continue growing and improving. My therapeutic process is nonjudgmental and collaborative. Whether you are 5 or 75 - your voice in that collaboration is very important. I look forward to hearing from you - let's get started!
