About

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. I have helped a variety of clients through some of the most difficult and darkest paths towards inner healing. Coming to therapy is just one step closer towards discovering the resilience and strength within us, even when we’re feeling insecure or hopeless. I believe my clients all have the potential to find their inner strength and courage to conquer all that life has to offer. I value lifelong learning and strive to continue to find new, creative, & fun ways to help support and guide individuals towards personal growth.

In addition to individual therapy, I love to facilitate group therapy both online and in-person. I offer both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for practical tools to help with mood management, impulsive and self-destructive behaviors, as well as a Career Development Workshop designed to empower individuals on both their personal and professional journeys.

“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger. I believe that we can’t always go to a place within ourself, by ourself. I am here to help by offering a personalized approach to clients depending on their individual needs.
