I am a former teacher who became a therapist to help teens who struggle with anxiety, depression and other challenges- often without support. My door is open to adolescents and adults who want to feel better about themselves and their lives by building self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a toolbox of skills for working through tough times and improving their relationships.
