Action is the enemy of anxiety, and I aim to offer goal-oriented and solutions-focused services to help you make the first step in your journey of improvement. I work to provide culturally-relevant and situation-specific interventions, with over a decade of experience in the field. I have backgrounds in nature-based therapies, training in experiential telephealth interventions, and offer a variety skill training to help you be your best. Therapy doesnt need to be boring. Break from the usual and ineffective. Gain new experiences in your healing! Only offering telehealth at this time, as my location is no longer in Glenwood Springs. I feel comfortable working with a wide variety of issues (depression, anxiety, life struggles, pet grief, etc.) and hold a license in addiction counseling. I am certified in a variety of experiential therapueitc interventions and certified in creative arts expression therapy. All of the above can be done via tele-health I incorporate several styles and techniques into my practice in an effort to custom tailor your ideal and most impactful therapeutic experience. I specialize in wilderness and experiential therapy, animal-assisted interventions, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, art therapy, etc. Therapy need not be boring! Your journey can and should be unique!
