Maybe you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship dynamics, unresolved trauma, or the uncertainty of continual transitions in your life. You do not have to begin and navigate the path to wellness alone. I am here to be nonjudgmental, objective and can offer perspective, a wealth of knowledge, and support to you on your path forward. You will set the direction and pace of our work towards wellness. I have over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, and I am deeply committed to improving the wellness and quality of life of those I serve. I believe every person and their life is valuable, deserves access to resources to improve their quality of life, and experience inclusion and safety while working with me. You can expect that we will work collaboratively on a plan you feel good about. You will walk away from our sessions together feeling seen, heard and with more clarity about how to manage challenges on your path to wellness.
